Sound Familiar?

You love each other. And lately, it's been hard.

โœฆ โœฆ โœฆ

Even small conversations turn tense. You're both tired of feeling misunderstood and disconnected โ€” going through the motions instead of moving toward each other. You don't need another lecture about relationships. You need a place to actually practice loving each other again.

"From disconnected, misunderstood, and stuck — to connected, desired, playful, emotionally safe, and intentionally creating intimacy together."

Reconnect emotionally Reconnect physically Learn to communicate Rediscover desire Create lasting intimacy

Questions

Good to Know

โœฆ โœฆ โœฆ
Is this retreat only for couples?
Not at all. The Lover's Retreat welcomes monogamous couples, polyamorous relationships, ENM relationships, polycules, and other healthy consensual relationship structures. If you love each other and want to grow, you belong here.
Is the retreat sexual in nature?
No. Every experience is sensual but intentionally non-sexual, consent-forward, and body-positive. This is a therapist-led, emotionally safe container focused on connection, communication, and desire โ€” not a sexual event.
Do we have to stay overnight?
No. Harmony Hollow is about an hour from Phoenix, so you can return home after Day One and come back the next morning. The full educational and therapeutic value of the retreat is complete either way โ€” overnight options simply add immersion, community, and relaxation.
What should we bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, layers for the desert evening, and an open heart. If you choose the sleepover or camping add-on, bring your own air mattress, sleeping pad, cot, or tent, plus bedding and a pillow. A full packing list will be sent to registered participants.
Are meals included?
Yes โ€” lunch and light refreshments are included on Day One, and breakfast is included with overnight add-ons. Day Two also features a collaborative cooking experience with a shared meal.
What if we're struggling in our relationship โ€” is this therapy?
The retreat is led by a licensed therapist and grounded in clinically-informed practices, but it is an educational and experiential retreat โ€” not a substitute for couples therapy. It's designed for people who love each other and want practical tools, deeper connection, and renewed desire.
